Do one (or two) small little changes today, that your mind may think is nothing today, to reap unexpected rewards tomorrow..

For example, wake up a little earlier for a week or ten days, to do something nice for yourself or someone. Like a little 15min. excersise,

may be with a friend or family… or making a nice healthy breakfast, if you don’t allreeady…
